Alfatex® by Velcro companies 20mm x 600mm frontring straps are manufactured using a special flame retardant and anti-static hook and loop tape that is welded together and both facing the same way, a buckle is attached and welded the the end of the 500mm loop body allowing you to bundle items together, feeding the hook end through the buckle and wrapping the tape back onto itself, locking it down with the 100mm hook tip. This system is incredibly popular in commercial applications as well as in the home and office as you can open, add more and re-close 100's of times.
Antistatic hook and loop tape is made up of two carbon threads that are woven together. Because of this, it is able to discharge electrostatic charges in both vertical and horizontal directions. The antistatic hook and loop fasteners have been patented by Alfatex® part of Velcro companies, and is supplied with flame retardant properties as standard.
