Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Q: I have changed my mind or have ordered the wrong item?
A: If you have purchased an item in error but have not yet made payment, simply remove the incorrect item from your basket. If you have completed and paid for your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will refund the incorrect item/order and ammend or cancel the order.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: All our shipping charges are calculated by weight so do vary however, all UK Mainland orders are delivered free when over £60.00*
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We send via standard delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for small items and you should expect them within 2 to 4 working days, larger orders are sent via 2 day day courier. Express delivery is available to UK Mainland and we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for small items and DPD Next Day for larger items. We dispatch Monday to Friday and do not guarantee any weekend deliveries.
Q: How much is the Delivery Charge?
A: Our delivery charges start at £3.99 for the UK and are free on orders over £60.00*.
Q: My order has arrived and is damaged or is faulty?
A: We need to know as soon as possible if you have damaged items delivered, we will arrange a collection of the damaged or faulty items and replacements will be delivered at the same time as the collection is made.
Q: Can I collect from you?
A: Currently we do not offer collection from our premsies.
