VELCRO® Brand MTT Hook and Loop is a family of woven fabrics made from 100 percent polyamide, with woven selvedges and designed for high strength and to withstand a large number of opening cycles thanks to its run-resistant selvedges. VELCRO® Brand MTT Hook is a woven fabric made with 0.21mm, single-filament polyamide thread.

This MTT IRR version has reflectance properties to improve the camouflage of soldiers at night.

VELCRO® Brand MTT IRR Hook fasteners are designed to meet the needs of police and military forces (police, army, etc.) by replacing the use of zips and guaranteeing functionality for the life time of the product. This tape with its reflectance properties offers great cover under infrared light and will blend in with other garments with the same properties. To illustrate what this looks like we have taken pictures side by side of a standard sew-on Olive Green vs the Nato Green MTT IRR, under normal light the only difference is colour, however under Infrared light you can clearly see the standard tape illuminates like a fluorescent colour would in car headlights.
