This is a low profile plastic molded hook tape HTH830 ULTRAMATE® with a PS30 adhesive pre-applied to the back in white. PS30 is a rubber block copolymer that will stick to most clean and smooth surfaces like glass, smooth sealed and primed wood and metal, however PS30 is especially suitable for all polylefin substrates including; polyethylen (PE, PELD, PEHD), polypropylen (PP), polycarbonat, methacrylat. Do not use on PVC. Temperature range is -15°C to +60C, depending on loading and relative humidity.
General directions for use: Minimum recommended bonding temperature is +10°C. Degrease the substrate whith alcohol or spirit, the substrate must be free of grease, moisture, dust and silicones etc before application. Remove the protective release paper and press the tape firmly into contact with the substrate, with special attention to the edges (trim or round if necessary). Allow substrate and tape to stand for 24 hours before applying load.
