Manufactured in-house per order using Alfatex® premium elastic loop tape and VELCRO® Brand HTH (High Technology Hook) Plastic hook, the loop component offers excellent elasticity and stretch capacity. As an illustration, a 400mm loop section can extend to 700mm, making it suitable for diverse uses. The buckle features reinforced flag stitching using a strengthened loop section to prevent the elastic tape from constricting around the buckle. The hook is crafted with the loop positioned between two sections, concealing any exposed loop material whilst providing an enhanced visual finish.
You are able to choose from a range of sizes from the available options and indicate the required quantity. These straps are custom-made to order with typical dispatch times of one week, (same-day dispatch and next day delivery is not available). The flexible loop portion comprises the longest section, with the shorter hook end flag-stitched to create the fastening. When selecting your size, consider these recommendations (noting that this is an elastic strap; the size you select is the base length, which will extend further due to its elasticity):
- To calculate the required strap length, wrap string around your items to determine the necessary loop measurement. The hook length is not to be included as this does not affect the diameter capacity of the strap.
Front-ring straps are produced by combining hook and loop tape, stitched to face the same direction. A buckle is secured to the loop end through stitching, enabling item bundling by threading the hook end through the buckle and securing it back onto itself via the hook tip. This versatile system proves highly effective in both commercial and domestic settings, allowing countless open-close cycles and adjustments. Available specifications include:
