If you place your order online before 2pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch it the same day via either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For™ for orders under £20 and with courier on all other orders.
Our 2pm dispatch is available on all items that are available and in stock, (we do occasionally sell out before new stock arrives in, under these circumstances we will advise you of the situation as soon as possible and generally will be able to offer the following options);
1. We can part ship your order and forward the balance after a few days when new stock arrives (generally out of stock items are available again within 3 business days).
2. We can hold your order and ship it complete once all the stock is available.
3. We can refund partially or completely.
