Our 2pm dispatch is available on all items that are available and in stock, (we do occasionally sell out before new stock arrives in, under these circumstances we will advise you of the situation as soon as possible and generally will be able to offer the following options);
1. We can part ship your order and forward the balance after a few days when new stock arrives (generally out of stock items are available again within 3 business days).
2. We can hold your order and ship it complete once all the stock is available.
3. We can refund partially or completely.
During checkout we have also included a 'Preferred Delivery Date' selector that will open a calender for you to set a preferred arrival date for your goods; we have found that customers like having this option so that they know they can order in advance, confident that they will take delivery on the day its needed.
We have spent a few years streamlining our stock range and identifying the most popular in our standard lines, so we can be confident that we have in 99% of cases the stock available when you order.
