Consumer Returns (Individual Home Use)
We offer a 30-day return policy for consumers who have purchased for individual home use. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
When returning items, please include the original packing slip (or a copy) or a printout of your order confirmation email to help us process your return efficiently.

We will be happy to assist and provide a suitable solution.
Please note: Any premium delivery service upgrades selected at checkout are non-refundable.
Replacement & Collection Process
If a replacement product is required, we will arrange for the collection of the faulty or damaged item at the same time the replacement is delivered.
Ensure the returning item is securely packed, wrapped, or boxed. Couriers/postal services will not collect unpackaged goods.
If the item is not available for collection, or the courier is unable to collect due to improper packaging, you may be liable for a second collection/delivery attempt charge of up to £7.30.
Refunds
If you require a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Standard delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Refunds for faulty goods (including delivery charges) are processed within 30 days of receipt.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Distance Selling Regulations (Online & Mail Order Sales)
Under Long Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before or up to 14 days after receiving the goods.
Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or post).
You then have 14 days to return the unused goods to us.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Since we aim to dispatch orders the same day, even if you cancel shortly after placing an order, we may not be able to stop dispatch. If the order has already been sent, you will need to return it at your own cost.
Exclusions from Returns
The following items cannot be returned as they are custom-made or cut to order:
Special order items
Custom-made straps
"Cut To" items (e.g., products sold by the metre)
Business (B2B) Returns
Business-to-business orders are accepted for return under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 7 working days of placing the order.
Carriage charges are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all B2B returns.
Welded Straps Important Notice
Most of our hook and loop straps are welded and designed only for bundling items. These straps are NOT intended for load handling.
We do not accept liability for welded straps used to bear weight or handle loads.
